Restaurated tower on a clear blue September sky

The tower at our parliament building, Christiansborg, has been under restauration for a couple of years, but recently the work was finished.
Picture processed in DxO and Photoshop.

why not framing like this and not verticaly ! good idea

Usualy vertical subjects are automatically (unconsciously) framed vertically and as the main subject of your picture is the tower, to have it horizontally is prima facie disconcerting. However the result here is very pleasant !
